Mayurakshi Das is the founder of Elixir AI, a proprietary AI-enabled technology solutions organization that provides digital intervention and infrastructure to municipalities and private companies such as IFB. She is an entrepreneur, hands-on leader, and motivating speaker with a track record of success in establishing worldwide Centers of Excellence.
Her Master’s degree in banking, finance, and operations gave her a good understanding of how businesses operate. She has been linked with a group of very successful entrepreneurs for the past 20 years, has helped develop roughly three successful companies, and has persuaded businesspeople to invest substantial amounts of money in India.

Mayurakshi grew up in Pune, where her father was born in Burma and her mother was born in Assam. She’d always wanted to make the most of the skills and resources that India has to offer. Working as an investment banker at HSBC in 2005, Mayurakshi Das has everything a 24-year-old could want. Over the course of her career, she has produced over 2,500 jobs, many of which are in Tier III cities. Mayurakshi, a first-generation entrepreneur in her family, established Elixir AI in 2015 and is now demonstrating how a high-quality, adaptive digital product can make a significant difference. And Elixir AI is using technology to make a big difference for its clients, which include local governments and private businesses.

Elixir AI provides a variety of digital and technological interventions for state government processes. This involves assisting the Pune municipal corporation in identifying structures that are not included in the property tax database in order to generate up to Rs 100 crore in additional income. It has also offered digital support to the Shehri Garib Yojana by developing workflow tools and integrating them with all hospitals to make the process more transparent.
