Passionate Mathematician and The Founder Of Cuemath, Manan Khurma
Manan Khurma is the Founder & CEO at Cuemath which is a Google-backed global EdTech company and it is the math class someone wished they had taken when they were younger. Cuemath, one of the top online math and coding learning programmes for kids in grades K-12, strives to make learning enjoyable. It’s curriculum is graphically based and emphasizes real-world examples over abstract theories. In contrast to previous ways that focus on memorization and rote mechanics to comprehend fundamental arithmetic ideas, their programme uses age-appropriate images to make the experience gamified.
Manan began his career as the creator of Locus Education in 2007, where he focused on developing Math learning programmes and training over 10,000 students preparing for the IIT-JEE entrance exam. He graduated from IIT Delhi with a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering.
Manan’s passion for mathematics is evident in his daily life, where he spends his leisure time, in addition to regular training, developing math material and programmes.
Cuemath’s objective is simple: to teach kids the skills that matter TODAY – math, coding, data, and artificial intelligence – and to build the next generation of millions of natural problem-solvers who will go on to address the world’s most pressing issues.
Cuemath’s live online learning platform will have 100,000+ K-10 kids from across the world learning math, coding, and related skills from 5000+ expert teachers by mid-2020. CapitalG, Sequoia Capital, and Manta Ray are among Cuemath’s investors. These are exciting times, and we’re rapidly growing our teams across all functions; if our purpose interests you, check out our vacant positions.
