Meet Samarjeet Singh The Founder of LegalDuniya

Running a firm and making a name in the financial industry just at the age of 23 is not a piece of cake, it requires sheer dedication and great motivation to do something big, and Samarjeet Singh has proved it from day one. Samarjeet Singh is the founder of LegalDuniya which is a firm that is expertise in services related to finance, taxation, costing, and accounting.

Samarjeet was born and brought up in Lucknow in 1998 and he completed his 10th from Lucknow and then he shifted to Delhi in 2013 for his further education and from there on first he completed his 12th from Delhi and then he completed his bachelors from Lucknow University and then his masters from IGNOU, New Delhi.

From his childhood, he had a keen interest in Finance and the Legal Department and after his master’s, he is pursuing his Ph.D. in Finance and along with that, he is also pursuing US-CPA from the prestigious Miles Education.

He is also a qualified ICWA-CMA with more than 5 years of experience in the fields of finance, accounting, costing, and taxation. He has worked for various growth-oriented firms where he has fully utilized his knowledge and talents to help the organization reach its goals.

Talking about his job stints, he started working in 2016 when he started his CMA course from ICAI. He first started working as an Account Manager at Fekanijee Infratech Pvt Ltd. which is a construction company where he looked at the accounts and financial stuff. After that, he joined Cheena & Associates which is a Costing & Audit Firm as a CMA Trainee in 2018.

He has also worked as Head of Finance & Taxation and Credit Control Manage at Rastey Commuting Services Pvt Ltd, which is a car rental service that operates in more than 150 cities of India. Then he started working as a Finance and Accounts Manager at Proveda Marketing India Pvt Ltd, which is an FMCG and MLM company working at the pan India Level. He is currently working as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Everkool Logistics India Pvt Ltd, where he does all the financial planning and analyzes their financial strengths and weak points, and works on them. At Everkool Logistics, Samarjeet is also the founder member of the team.

But working only a 9 to 5 job was not his type of lifestyle, he was always up for something more, so along with his jobs in the day, he started taking some small freelancing projects related to taxation, finance, and all. And from there on, the main idea of his own firm came and it was first implemented as Infinity Tax Consultancy Services in November 2016.

Infinity Tax Consultancy is the sub-company of LegalDuiya which is also Samarjeet’s own endeavor. It is a well-known practicing professional firm that provides services to a variety of large, medium, and small businesses. It has been continuously expanding and has amassed a sizable audience in a relatively short amount of time.
