Priyanka Srinivas is the founder and CEO of The Live Green Company, which develops future plant-based foods by combining ancestral knowledge of plant nutrition with biotech and machine intelligence.
There are about 450,000 plants and 10 million plant-based substances that can provide us with the flavor and nutrients everyone wants, but they are simply not used. Priyanka started The Live Green Co. which is based in Chile because she wanted to do more. To the forefront of the food chain, it uses solely plant-based components, additive alternatives, and nutritious compounds.

For this, the team created Charaka, an AI-powered recommendation engine that aids in the creation of plant-based ice-creams. The ingredients are stored in the Charaka, which can aid in the replacement of any synthetic, processed, unsustainable, and animal-based components with far more natural alternatives such as bananas, flaxseed, avocado, and a variety of other foods.

After demonstrating its capacity to meet strict social and environmental requirements, The Live Green Co was one of the first Latin American-based food-tech firms to receive B Corporation Certification from B Lab. With this enterprise, Priyanka hopes to bring renewed attention and change to our ancient science, focusing on a sustainable alternative to meat and synthetic produce.
The startup has been named as one of the top 10 startups in 10yrs of Startup Chile’s existence. Live Green is also the only LatAm Startup in CleanTech’s global 50 to watch 2019 list. Through the massive success of her startup, Priyanka has also been honored with many prestigious awards such as One Of the Top 100 Women Leaders of Chile in 2020 and 2021- El Mercurio, Women Building the future Honoree 2021 by VWS & Impossible and many others.
