With Safecity, ElsaMarie aims to make places safer by encouraging equal access to public spaces for everyone, especially women, through the use of crowdsourced data, community engagement and institutional accountability. Her major goal is to raise awareness about sexual harassment and abuse and to encourage women and other marginalised groups to speak out about their personal experiences.
