Adarsh Alphons is the founder of Wardrobe, a new peer-to-peer digital marketplace for the rental of women’s fashion, apparel, accessories, and shoes. Local dry cleaners have taken the position of large warehouses, serving as limitless warehouses, cleaners, and fulfillment hubs with a storefront reach.

Alphons received his BFA at the Maryland Institute College of Art in 2006. Alphons earned his master’s degree in arts administration from Boston University in 2007. He was named a Community Scholar at Columbia University in 2014. Adarsh built ProjectArt, the nation’s largest art school, without owning a single building prior to Wardrobe.
ProjectArt became a leader in its area and a national-scale firm thanks to Adarsh’s expertise in sparking unused resources into productivity, developing asset-light organizations, and bringing self-interested partners together for a common goal. Following ProjectArt, he channeled his enthusiasm for social impact into the world of fashion, founding Wardrobe, a platform that allows users to rent out their own clothing.

There’s no need to bother about cleaning it once you’ve worn it. It can be delivered to any location. The rentals are for one week only. It’s designed to be practical, with the flexibility that an urban, working, professional lady requires.
