Urvi Raghbeer is the Founder & CEO of Welly, which stands out with its good product, unique formulations, and great unit economics. Furthermore, their concentration on the rapidly growing sleep science ecosystem positions them as industry leaders in a vast and mostly untapped sector.

Urvi has always been fascinated by the convergence of technology, business, and design as an entrepreneur and graphic and UI/UX designer. She graduated from the Parsons School of Design in New York with a BFA in Communication Design, and she just finished Harvard Business School’s Executive Education in the Business Leadership Program.
She is completely infatuated with post-its and utilises them at all times. She adores animals and makes an effort to help those in need whenever possible. Oh, and she could go months without eating anything but potatoes.

It all began when she was on the market seeking for health supplements. It seemed as though she was at a larger-than-life pharmacy. And it left her with a sour taste in her lips. That’s when she decided to roll up her sleeves and shake things up a little. By infusing it with a dash of ‘joy.’
Her brand makes sure that a product is as entertaining as it is effective when it is produced. Because only the things that bring people joy may become a habit. They never have to compromise with Welly since she always get a box that is healthy and cheerful.
